Dear Dr. Van Gelder,

Congratulation for opening the  “Pediatric Dental Practice Magazine”  as a founding editor.  We are in an exciting period in the field of pediatric dentistry with new approaches in prevention, minimal intervention, painless local anesthesia, esthetic and pulp regeneration in permanent teeth etc. The initiative to start-up this magazine is a kind of using CO-VID-19 pandemics challenges as opportunities.

 

I know you for many years, as fighting really to promote the newest and the best procedures regarding pain and anxiety control -in Romania.  You are for example the pioneer for Nitrous Oxide and Oxygen Conscious Sedation in children. You are pioneer in painless local anesthesia and non invasive dental treatments in children. Therefore, am confident that you with this journal- you as editor- are pioneer in promoting solidarity, ethics and and know- how sharing in this difficult time- with your Romanian colleagues. And it will be of a high scientific quality, and will help to improve the dentists professional life and oral health of children in Romania and beyond.
